Their team of experienced licensed professionals, including Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, is dedicated to meeting the medical needs of clients in the comfort of their homes, lodges, group homes, or seniors' homes.
Services include insulin administration and management, medication administration, dressing and wound care, ostomy changes, catheter administration and changes, in-home hypodermoclysis, and vitals checks and physical assessments. Care24’s team also provides consultations with doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, as well as contact with community paramedics. Their palliative care and companionship services, along with light meal preparation, ensure holistic support for clients and their families.
